Site of the 1904 World’s Fair and the 1904 Summer Olympics, Forest Park is an urban oasis that offers great walking trails along with free access to the St. Louis Zoo, Art Museum, History Museum and the boathouse, where you will be able to canoe, kayak, and use paddle boats. In 2016, Forest Park was voted the #1 City Park in the country by readers of USA Today.

Come visit two of our city’s greatest claims to fame–The Gateway Arch and Anheuser-Busch Brewery! The Gateway Arch is the tallest manmade monument in the United States and provides a great view of St. Louis. Take a tram ride to the top of the arch and explore the museum below to get the full experience.
Head to Anheuser-Busch Brewery afterwards and experience the history-rich architecture, including three National Historic Landmarks, cutting-edge brewing technology, their famous Clydesdale horses, and free beer!

“Contemporary Concepts in Esthetic Treatment Design in Orthodontics”
Dr. Sarver received his DMD from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry and M.S. in Orthodontics from the University of North Carolina in 1979. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists, a Fellow in both the International and American Colleges of Dentists and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. He has had the honor of presenting the Salzmann, Mershon and Angle lectures at the AAO annual meeting. He has published 80 scientific articles and 20 book chapters.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Sarver’s book, “Esthetics in Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery” was published in September 1998. He is also co-author (with Dr. Proffit and White) of the surgical text “Contemporary Treatment of Dentofacial Deformity), and is co-author the 4th, 5th editions and 6th edition of Proffit’s classic textbook “Contemporary Orthodontics”. Publication of his book “Dentofacial Esthetics-from Macro-to Mini” was published in May 2020. He has given more than 400 professional presentations in the United States, Europe, Australia and the Middle and Far East.

Dr. Anil Idiculla is an Invisalign® Diamond Plus provider at his five Colorado orthodontic practices. He is honored to be the only doctor in Colorado to be elected as an Invisalign Faculty Member. He received his undergraduate degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University Dental School in Florida, and his orthodontic degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania where he taught diagnosis and treatment planning, growth and development, adult orthodontic treatment, and clinical efficiency.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, and sat on the board for the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society, the Colorado Orthodontic Association, the Colorado Summer Meeting, the Colorado Orthodontic Foundation, and Kids In Need of Dentistry. “Mission Impossible – Disruptive Innovations to have our Specialty Thrive”
Dr. Thomas R. Pitts is a world-renowned lecturer and clinician. He is highly recognized for his continued teaching of orthodontic finishing and clinical excellence. He is the creator of the Pitts Progressive Group and the Pitts Master’s in Finishing Continuum. He is the inventor of the Pitts 21 System and Bracket Slot as well as the Pitts 21 Arch Forms.
Dr. Pitts earned his dental degree from UOP and Master of Science in Orthodontics degree from the University of Washington in 1970. Since graduating, he has been in private practice in Reno, NV.
He was an associate clinical professor at the University of the Pacific from 1998 to 2017 and is now an adjunct clinical professor for UNLV’s orthodontic program. Dr. Pitts was the Vice president of Clinical Affairs for Ormco Corp from 2009 to 2012 and is now the current Head of Clinical Affairs for OC Orthodontics.

“Some Things Never Change”
Rosemary spent 30 years employed as a Team Member in the dental profession, both in clinical and administrative roles, working in general dentistry, periodontics and her last 17 years in Orthodontics – all in San Diego.
She left her quality, fun Orthodontic practice in late 1998 to begin her self employment as a speaker and consultant in Orthodontics and she proudly celebrated her 52nd anniversary in teeth! Yes, that was 52 years!
She has lectured and worked on every continent except Antarctica (penguins must not care about teeth) and in all 50 of the United States, on behalf of the AAO & all the constituent groups , Ortho companies, numerous state and local dental societies, Ortho and dental study groups, in-office consulting and for her own workshops and seminars.
She was very honored to have been the Team Program Co-Chair for the AAO Annual Session in Chicago in 2011 and has been an AAO speaker for now 27 consecutive years. She has spoken at most major dental meetings as well, including numerous times at the Chicago Mid-Winter, Star of the North and of the South, Hinman, the ADA, the Yankee Dental, the AAPD and the CDA.
She is the honored recipient of the 2021 AAO Outstanding Service award presented to a non-Orthodontist who has made a significant contribution to the profession and will become the first non-doctor to give one of the named lectures at an AAO meeting.
